The art of Yungmee Kim.
Yungmee Kim was born in Korea and pursued her passion for painting and fine arts from a young age and earned a degree in art education from Kongju National University. Her work has been featured locally at Shemer and in exhibitions at the Contemporary Art Museum of Kwacheon during the Korean National Art Exhibitions, a solo exhibition at the request of the International Religious Education Association. She continues her work at solo and group exhibitions in her home state of Arizona.
Her desire in painting is to manifest the present moment in each piece. To listen to the varied life-sounds around her and weave them into her art.
